My own awakening began during a challenging season when everything felt heavy and misaligned. For years, I prioritized others and overlooked the quiet voice within me that yearned for more: a deeper connection, a sense of purpose, and the freedom to fully embody who I truly am.
Through my healing journey, I learned to release old patterns of emotional caretaking, reclaim my energy, and step into a soft, grounded sovereignty. This transformative process equipped me to walk alongside others through their own thresholds, gently guiding them back to the truth of who they are.
